Bio

I am currently employed in-house as a graphic designer at the DC Public Library. Prior to that, I put in turns as a consultant as well as running marketing, design and events at the Avalon Theatre in Upper Northwest DC, the Angelika Film Center locations in the greater-DC area and the George Washington University Lisner Auditorium's performance series.

My first print design piece was my middle school yearbook and my first web site was a glorious collection of cat gifs on GeoCities. I’ve been hooked on all things design ever since.

I have an MA in Arts Administration from American University, which is like business school with more cultural policy and grantwriting. I am also an active member of DC’s punk community, originally hail from Houston, and use she/her pronouns.
